MY PHILOSOPHY
"Let's put some stakes in the ground…"
I practice humility & adaptability while making smart assumptions to propel progress, especially when faced with many constraints or challenges. I believe powerful design starts from a solid, user-centered foundation and evolves through a culmination of voices (of users, teammates, and other stakeholders) that drives thoughtful iteration through the unknown.
SUPER POWERS
I wear multiple hats and zoom in and out of challenges seamlessly.
Making sense of highly complex and ambiguous user problems or info architecture with various edge cases to create digestible / solvable problem spaces.
Orienting my design strategy around key business goals and user pain points, especially for products that might have little or no precedence in the existing market.
Communicating design / product decisions and rationale in a way that makes sense to various stakeholder types for productive conversations and feedback sessions.

Other

I studied CS at Dartmouth, but modified it with a Digital Arts & HCI concentration once I fell in love with design.

I love floristry / floral arranging. Someday I I'd love to have my own studio and create arrangements for event spaces.

I can take serious heat and am growing a hot sauce collection. Recently, I was gifted the S25 'Hot Ones' set.
